Ugly sweater cars
Mercedes-Benz holiday campaign
All wrapped up in holiday spirit.
It’s getting colder, in this 2021 Covid year and Christmas season is finally here. But instead of big emotions and misery, one brand choses a light-hearted delivery.
Inspired by the ugly sweater trend, four icons transform from grille to end. With patterns of characters, elements and such, illustrating the car’s history with a festive touch.
Beautifully shot and shared online, the icons delight, trend and shine. The greatest gift here, the greatest gift there, what a fucked-up, bullshit year.
Celebrating the most beautiful time with the most ugly designs.
The iconic G-Class kicks things off, with its off-road character so tough. Portrayed with mountains peeks and pines, and animal wildlife in bold designs.
Next in line is the AMG GT, presenting performance as expressive as can be. Powered by horses, race flags and jolly decor, snowman drivers and merry more.
Then the Pagoda - a legendary automobile, giving us flower power and 60’s feel. With palms, ocean waves and shore, sun-kissed creatures and presents galore.
In the end, the electrifying EQC, future-driven boasting festive esprit.
With robot Santas, deers, bolts and stars, that is the last of the ugly sweater cars.
